Embassy of Israel Honours Hispanic Heritage Month

.....On Tuesday, September 12th, the Embassy of Israel hosted a reception in honour of Hispanic Heritage Month.  The Latino and Latin American Institute of the American Jewish Community supported this event.  The reception was held to celebrate the shared bonds and values between the Jewish and Hispanic people and communities.

.....Over 200 important members of the Washington , D.C. Hispanic community enjoyed an evening of music, food, and speeches by important people.  The speakers’ main ideas were the strategic importance of the U.S.-Israel relationship, as well as the necessity of reaching out to all segments of American society with this message.
